The enrichment students took a trip to NSU for their annual book festival! They got to hear from four different authors, ask questions, and they each received a free book to take home. They even got a few autographs on the way out!

Mrs Davis and Mrs Hammons took 4-H students to the Tulsa State Fair today. The students who went had projects that won 1st place at the Adair Co Fair. Isabella Edgmon won 3rd place at the Tulsa State Fair for her photography entry. The kids and students had a great day. As you can tell, they tried lots of great food!

For the last few weeks, we’ve been studying the process of germination in Enrichment. Students created their own paper models and wrote about the process of plants. Today we concluded the lesson with an experiment with flowers and different food color dye to see how long it would take for the flowers to change color and which color showed up the best.
