Oklahoma GEAR UP Site Director Kasady Marshall presented Stilwell Public Schools yesterday with grants funds to help students and their families better prepare for and succeed in college. The federal GEAR UP grant award totaling $34.7 million will provide education and direct student services to Stilwell and 12 other school districts over the next seven years.
