3rd and 4th grade cross country teams showed off their speed and endurance at Carson Park this morning! Great job everyone!

Mrs. Walker’s First Grade Class took a walking field trip around the neighborhood to go along with their reading story they had this week. They met some very special people along the way. They ended the walk with a sweet treat from McDonalds donated by a very special lady.
Today is National Custodian Day and we have the best around! Thank you to Thurman and Donna for all you do! You make our school a better place!

Mr. R’s class has been learning about the classification of animals this week. Today they were able to see a Ball Python up close, then watch it slither on the ground outside!

Mrs. Turners class did an “Apple Tower STEM Challenge”
The object of the challenge was for each team to build the tallest freestanding structure on the floor within 15 minutes.

Mrs. Hammon’s class celebrated Constitution Day today by visiting Judge Liz Brown at the courthouse!
Mrs. Fourkiller’s fourth grade class collected donations for Hurricane Ida relief and took them to the Veterans of Foreign Wars volunteers last week! We’re so proud of them!
