The 2nd Annual Virtual Christmas Dessert Auction will be Tuesday, December 13th!
It will take place on the grade school Facebook page from 6-8 PM.
Mrs Brown’s class read the story “Click, Clack, Moo: Cows That Type”. We learned all about how a dairy farm works. We then made butter from cream! We had to shake, shake, shake our cream to make some delicious butter! We ate our butter on slices of bread! Yummy!

Mercy Bruner said her grandmother was driving and found these porcupine quills on the side of the road after they had fallen off a porcupine as it was walking along. Mrs Brown’s class was very curious about the quills! Thank you for sharing with us Mercy!

This morning Mr. Lea led our Leader in Me Assembly and taught us about habit 2: Begin with the end in mind!
Tyler Davis presented our 4th grade BUG awards. Then, Mr. Lea presented awards to all of our Students of the month, Cherokee Students of the Month, Artists of the Month, and Teacher of the Month. Lastly, we had a grade school dance contest which was won by the 2nd grade!
We had so many incredible pumpkins for today’s contest!
This year’s theme was “What you want to be when you grow up!”
