Our 4H kids teamed up with Dalhlonegah 4H to collect Hot Wheels for Saint Jude’s Hospital. Stilwell 4H collected 50 cars!

Stilwell second grade’s reading lesson this week was titled, “Schools Around the World.” We had an amazing visit from Beth Huggins and Anjesh Shrestha from Conscious Impact, a non profit in Nepal. We were told amazing and fantastic facts about the country and were shown many of the different cultural activities from there. The boys and girls were shown beautiful pictures of the mountains and heard agricultural facts. They saw some of the foods and some of the activities of students in their schools in Nepal. The boys and girls saw the differences and similarities in our American schools and Nepal’s schools. We also heard music and heard the native language of Nepal spoken. We want to thank Beth and Anjesh for coming all the way from Nepal to visit our school and for taking the time to share their extraordinary lives and stories with us! You answered all questions with kindness, patience, and a smile! We are beyond amazed with all we’ve seen and heard from you! Thank you!
