This year we have transitioned our enrollment process to an online format. This process will save everyone time. All of the documents are online and autofill with a big part of your/your students information. If you have more than one student in the district, they are all together in one easily accessible location. If you do not have a guardian portal you will need to request access. If you already have a guardian portal you can begin enrollment immediately. You can find the instructions to request access below or on our facebook pages. There is also a video link below to guide you through the process.
How to Request Access to Gradebook Guardian Portal and Student Records Portal
You will need access to your email and a mobile device to complete this process.
If you already have a Guardian Portal Skip to Step 15.
- Go to www.stilwellk12.org
- Click “Quicklinks” at the top
- Select “Gradebook Portal”
- Click “Request an Account”
- Check the “Guardian” box and then click “Continue”
- Enter the email address that you provided as the Primary Guardian Contact Email and click “Continue”
- A verification will be sent to the email address you provided. (this email will be from WENGAGE if you do not receive it within a few minutes be sure to check your junk/spam folder)
- Enter verification code and click verify
- Then enter your mobile phone number and choose text message or voice call and click “Continue”
- Then enter the verification code that was sent to your mobile number and click “Verify”
- Enter your First, Middle, and Last Names and click “Continue”
- Verify the information is correct and click “Submit”
- A confirmation screen will appear to show your request was submitted successfully.
- You will receive further instructions in the email provided after the district has reviewed your request.
- Once you complete this process you should be able to log into Wengage.
- Click the icon labeled Student Records Portal.
- If you are adding a new student Click add new student. If your student is already there, click update and fill out the new forms. If you have 1 or more students and one of them are missing please email bjohnson@stilwellk12.org to let him know of this problem.
- Throughout the year you will be able to click on Guardian Portal and access student’s current grades and attendance.
